This can be:

A “then and now” photo of you (visibly changed, evolved)

A vulnerable moment paired with your current state of strength

A video that begins with the moment you wanted to give up—and ends with your unbreakable self today

Your caption must include the phrase:
"I was not made to shatter. I was made to rise."
