Instructions:

In private, write down one moment where your heart should’ve broken completely.

Read it aloud as if narrating someone else’s myth. Then whisper:

“They thought that would break me.
But I buried the lightning in my ribs instead.”

Burn the paper. Breathe in the smoke as reclamation.

Choose one format:

A photo of your scars (emotional, physical, symbolic)

A captioned carousel describing a time you rebuilt yourself

A reel or voice note with a single spoken phrase:

The Lightning Seal (Energetic Activation)

Ritual Instructions:

Draw or print a heart glyph.

Anoint it with oil, perfume, or a drop of water.

Press it over your chest (shirt or skin) and say:

“This is not a wound.
This is my warranty.
This is not a crack.
It’s how the lightning gets in.”

Then place the shirt/crop top over it. Let it absorb the oath.
